These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between, on the one hand, the company Moroccan-market, whose registered office is located at 46 Rue du Général de Gaulle, 36320 Villedieu-sur-Indre, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Châteauroux under number 982 763 112, hereinafter referred to as “Moroccan-market”, operator of the website www.moroccan-market.com, and, on the other hand, any individual consumer who places an order via the website www.moroccan-market.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) define the contractual relationship between Moroccan-market and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.moroccan-market.com.
By placing an order, the Buyer unreservedly accepts these Terms and acknowledges having read and understood them prior to placing the order.
Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that: (i) the products purchased via www.moroccan-market.com are intended exclusively for personal use and are not related to any professional activity; and (ii) the Buyer has full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to comply with new legislation or to improve the functionality of its website. Any modifications will apply only to orders placed after their publication on the website.
Article 2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.moroccan-market.com, subject to availability. Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify its product selection at any time.
Each product is presented with its main characteristics (dimensions, materials, intended use, etc.). Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Sales are open only to Buyers residing in countries that legally authorize the import of such products.
Article 3. Prices
Product prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency corresponding to the Buyer’s geographic location, automatically determined by IP address. For example, visitors located in the United States will see prices in U.S. Dollars (USD), while visitors in the European Union will see prices in Euros (€).
All displayed prices include applicable taxes (VAT or local equivalent) as valid on the date of the order. Any change in the applicable tax rate may be reflected in product prices.
Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the applicable price shall be the one displayed at the time of order.
Delivery fees are not included in product prices and are added separately based on the total order amount and the Buyer’s delivery location.
Article 4. Orders and Payment Terms
Before placing an order, the Buyer must create an account on www.moroccan-market.com using accurate and complete information. At each visit, the Buyer must log in to place or review orders. Moroccan-market offers the following payment methods:
- Secure payment by credit/debit card: The Buyer selects products, verifies or updates the delivery address, and reviews shipping costs. After selecting “Payment by credit/debit card,” the Buyer is redirected to a secure payment page. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is finalized and the contract concluded. The Buyer may also choose PayPal for payment.
- Payment by bank transfer: The Buyer selects “Payment by bank transfer,” confirms the order details, and validates it. The Buyer must then initiate a transfer for the total amount to the Moroccan-market bank account provided. Processing and shipment will begin upon receipt of payment, generally within two (2) business days.
Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. The data recorded by Moroccan-market serve as proof of the transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer after order validation.

Article 5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order and within the agreed geographic area. Delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds thirty (30) calendar days from the order date, the Buyer may cancel the sale and request a full refund. Moroccan-market will provide a tracking number by email once the order ships. If the Buyer is absent during delivery, a notice will be left for collection at the nearest post office or collection point. Risks related to transport are borne by the Buyer from the moment the goods leave Moroccan-market’s premises. The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and Moroccan-market within three (3) days.
Article 6. Retention of Title
Moroccan-market retains full ownership of the products until full payment of the total amount due, including all fees and taxes. Risks transfer to the Buyer once the goods leave Moroccan-market’s premises.
Article 7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty, except for return shipping costs. The Buyer must notify Moroccan-market of the decision to withdraw via email or postal mail and return the goods within fourteen (14) days thereafter. Moroccan-market will reimburse the Buyer within fourteen (14) days of receiving the withdrawal notice or returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Certain items, such as customized, sealed, or perishable goods, are excluded from this right as provided by law.
Article 8. Liability
Moroccan-market is subject to an obligation of means in the performance of its distance selling obligations. It shall not be held liable for damages resulting from Internet use (data loss, intrusion, virus, or service interruption) except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.moroccan-market.com—including texts, images, logos, designs, and other materials—are the exclusive intellectual property of Moroccan-market. No element may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorization from Moroccan-market.

Article 11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Châteauroux, France. For Buyers residing within the European Union, legal recourse may also be exercised in their country of residence in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
