These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between Moroccan-market, whose registered office is located at 46 Rue du Général de Gaulle, 36320 Villedieu, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Châteauroux under number 982 763 112 (hereinafter referred to as "Moroccan-market"), the operator of the website www.moroccan-market.com, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the aforementioned website, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”.
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the contractual relationship between Moroccan-market and the Buyer, as well as the applicable conditions for any purchase made through the website www.moroccan-market.fr. By placing an order on this site, the Buyer fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions, which they acknowledge having read and understood before completing the order.
Before making any purchase, the Buyer declares that the acquisition of products on www.moroccan-market.fr is unrelated to their professional activity and is strictly for personal use. The Buyer also confirms having the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with new regulations or to improve the user experience. The applicable version of the Terms and Conditions shall be the one in effect on the date of the Buyer’s order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.moroccan-market.fr, within the limits of available stock. Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify the range of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a detailed description outlining its key characteristics (dimensions, usage, composition, etc.). Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. The sale of products on www.moroccan-market.fr is open to all Buyers residing in countries that legally authorize the importation of such goods.
Article 3. Prices
All prices displayed on product pages are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may affect the product prices. Moroccan-market reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price displayed on the website at the time of the order shall be the only one applicable to the Buyer. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added based on the total value of the order.
Article 4. Orders and Payment Terms
Before placing an order, the Buyer must create an account on www.moroccan-market.fr. Account creation is available directly via the site’s menu. Each time they visit, the Buyer must log in using their credentials to access their account or place an order.
Moroccan-market offers the Buyer two secure payment options:
- Secure payment by credit card: The Buyer selects the products they wish to purchase, adjusts quantities if necessary, and verifies or updates their delivery address. Shipping costs and carrier details are then displayed. The Buyer selects “Payment by credit card” and is redirected to a secure payment interface to enter their card details safely. Once the payment is validated, the order is confirmed, and the contract becomes binding. Buyers may also choose to pay via PayPal by selecting “Payment by PayPal.”
- Payment by bank transfer: The Buyer selects their products, reviews their order, and chooses “Payment by bank transfer.” After confirming the order, the Buyer receives an email summarizing their purchase and the bank details required to complete the transfer. The Buyer must then instruct their bank to transfer the total amount to Moroccan-market’s account. Once payment is received, the order will be processed and dispatched within two working days. The Buyer will receive confirmation of payment and shipment by email.
Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Buyer acknowledges having read and agreed to them, waiving the right to rely on their own purchase terms. All data recorded and the confirmation email shall serve as proof of the transaction. Moroccan-market will send the Buyer confirmation of the order by email.

Article 5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form and limited to the geographical areas accepted by Moroccan-market. Delivery times are given as an indication only. If delivery exceeds thirty (30) days from the date of order, the Buyer may cancel the contract and request a refund. Moroccan-market will provide the Buyer with a tracking number via email. Deliveries are made to the Buyer’s address by the designated postal or courier service. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the Buyer to collect the parcel from the nearest postal office within the indicated time frame.
All transport-related risks are transferred to the Buyer once the goods leave Moroccan-market’s premises. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and contents in the presence of the courier or postal agent. Any damage or anomaly must be reported to the carrier within three (3) days of delivery.
Article 6. Retention of Title
Moroccan-market retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the total price, including taxes and fees.
Article 7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by Moroccan-market are covered by the legal warranty provided under Articles 1641 and subsequent of the French Civil Code. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the Buyer may return it to Moroccan-market for replacement or refund. All claims, requests for exchange, or refund must be submitted via the Buyer’s account (“Order History and Details” section), by email at order@moroccan-market.com, or by post to Moroccan-market, 46 Rue du Général de Gaulle, 36320 Villedieu, within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Article 9. Liability
In the context of distance selling, Moroccan-market is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other unintended issues.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.moroccan-market.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Moroccan-market. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, in whole or in part, any of the site’s content—whether photographs, logos, visuals, or text—without prior written authorization from Moroccan-market.
Article 11. Personal Data
Moroccan-market is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Buyer. All personal information collected is subject to the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Data Protection Act). In accordance with this law, users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data. Such requests may be made directly from the user’s personal account (“Manage My Personal Data” section) or by post at Moroccan-market, 46 Rue du Général de Gaulle, 36320 Villedieu, France.
Article 12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute or litigation relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Châteauroux, France.
